LG CE110 SIGNAL STRENGTH

Does anyone abroad accept a botheration with arresting backbone with this phone? I had it next to my Pantech C120 with AT&T Service (allthough that is Prepaid Pick a Plan), it had 5 abounding bars, I had 3 with the LG. Another time I had 3 with the Pantech and 0 with the LG couldn’t accomplish a call. Also I was told by the sales rep at the AT&T abundance that I couldn’t yield my prepaid amount to a postpaid account? Is this true? What about the phone?
