Best Calling Card

I’ve been with Sprint for 11 yrs and just got royally screwed over by them.  I will tell everyone I know not to use Sprint.  Customer Service is the worst and I was told something by a representative on the phone because the chat representatives are idiots.  The rep on the phone lied and now I am having to pay the price!  I have posted to Twitter too — everyone should choose another carrier that has respect for customer loyalty!
