Best Calling Card

I’ve been with Sprint for 11 yrs and just got royally screwed over by them.  I will tell everyone I know not to use Sprint.  Customer Service is the worst and I was told something by a representative on the phone because the chat representatives are idiots.  The rep on the phone lied and now I am having to pay the price!  I have posted to Twitter too — everyone should choose another carrier that has respect for customer loyalty!

Best Calling Card

My keyboard randomly stopped working.

 

I am trying to think if it’s anything hardware related but I can’t think of any bumps/bruises/falls the pre has taken. 

I have been trying to charge it with a belkin usb to car charger where I plug my pre usb micro cable into the charger.  It charges so slowly with this that it’s not worth the hassle and makes me think I might need to spring for the palm branded one after all.

 

But the pre didn’t show any signs of trauma or anything so I don’t think I did it any damage.  I’m inclined to think this is a software issue.  I did try downloading some apps onto classic that crashed the pre earlier today.   The keyboard had been working fine ffor a few hours after that but the software thing might be the issue.

 

Not wanting to lose everything, I chose the partial erase option.

 

Bad move.  Keyboard still didn’t work and I couldn’t log into my palm profile to reset anything.

 

At about 2 am, I remembered to try to take the battery out.  So here I am, got up from bed, removed the battery.  

 

It’s working again but I’m scared to see what I might have lost.  I had my facebook/google/outlook contacts mess cleaned up all the way to letter "h".  If I have to start again, I’ll cry.  

 

Anyway, thought I’d post to see if anyone else had keyboard issues.  

I need to go back to bed.
