Best Calling Card

I have most of my problems with the pre on this article here. Could someone check it out and tell me how to fix them or to work around them? Problems with the Pre

 

One problem that isn’t in that article is that I cannot reply to emails with one of my emails. It’s a godaddy email. Any suggestions?

 

Another is that the keyboard has been locking up lately.

 

A third that I haven’t had a chance to update within the article but is in the comments, is that the screen keeps screwing up and getting really dark with a nice curved design like the menu looks when you drag up the menu.
